Planning Your Session
Schedule your no-obligation phone call where we will go over all the details and I’ll answer all of your questions. If we decide we’re a good fit, we’ll start planning your empowering boudoir experience. We guide you step by step through the entire process so you are fully prepared and you can get the most out of your boudoir experience.

Your boudoir Session
You’ll arrive at your photo shoot ready to transform your confidence! My professional stylist will will do your hair and makeup so you’ll look and feel like your best self. We will help you pick the perfect outfits to rock during your shoot. And I will guide you through all of the poses and facial expressions, so you don’t need any previous experience.

Printing Your Photos
Enjoy your own personalized reveal and ordering session to pick out your favorite professionally-edited images and choose the perfect designer album, folio, and wall art to take home your gorgeous photos. These beautiful images are your souvenirs from an incredibly empowering experience so you can remind yourself how beautiful, worthy, and confident you are.
Investment
We treat every client like royalty, and customize the empowering photo shoot for your unique personality and reasons for doing this shoot. We provide a full service experience with professional hair and makeup styling, posing and facial expression guidance, wardrobe assistance, and a thorough preparation guide that tells you everything you need to know before your session to ensure the best possible experience. A booking fee of $300 covers all of this.
All prints, albums, and digital options are available for purchase after your session. The quality of the albums, folios, and prints are the absolute best in the world. Seriously, I source my products from the best companies on the planet. No detail is overlooked. You deserve the best. Some clients spend $500 on their photos, and some spend $5000. Most end up somewhere in between. It is entirely up to you how many images you choose and how you choose to take them home.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are any photos included in the session fee?
No. You will purchase the images you love about 2 weeks after your photo shoot when you come in for your personalized ordering appointment. You will see all of the custom products and digital options to choose from then.
Where does the photo shoot take place?
Our sessions in Campbell, CA and Houston, TX take place in our studios. Our Salt Lake City, UT sessions are in Airbnbs and hotel suites. (We’re working on opening our permanent studio).
How long does the session last?
We block off 4 hours but most sessions take 3-3.5 hours. This includes hair and makeup styling plus the photo shoot. The ordering appointment that happens 2 weeks after your photo shoot usually lasts about 1.5 hours.
Do you offer payment plans?
I do! Most clients choose to prepay for their prints and products before their photo shoot. The more you pre-pay, the lower your session fee will be. We can also split your purchase into monthly payments after your ordering appointment. You will receive your order after the balance is paid in full.
Do you share my photos online?
We DO NOT share any images without your permission. And we don’t tag our clients or list anyone’s name unless it is a testimonial you have specifically written for us. This experience and these images are for YOU first. If you allow us to share them, that is entirely your choice.
How many outfits will I get to wear?
We plan for 5 outfits per session. If wardrobe changes are fast, we might be able to do 6. If the outfits take a bit more time to get in and out of, we might end up with 4.
Do I have to wear lingerie?
Nope! There is no dress code for boudoir. You can wear whatever you are comfortable with. Some clients wear lingerie, or go topless. Some are full dressed the entire time. It’s completely up to you.
Do you have outfits in the studio or do I bring my own?
Both. I suggest bringing more outfits than you think you’ll need and we can choose the best ones here with you. You can also wear anything we have here in the studio.
How long does it take to receive my images?
You will get to see all of your gorgeous photos about 2 weeks after your session. Albums and prints are usually ready for pickup in 3-4 weeks after that. If you pay in full at your ordering appointment, which most clients do, you can take home your digital images that day!

About Mike Lloyd
I’m on a mission to help women who tend to put others first, explore their own path of self love and acceptance without feeling guilt or shame. I never had any interest in being a boudoir photographer because I didn’t just want to take ‘sexy photos.’ Then I learned that we could create an incredibly empowering experience for our clients to truly feel beautiful, and strong, and feminine, and elegant without having to do cheesy poses. That’s what this is all about. We’ve created a space for you to be unnapologetically you.
I’ve been a professional photographer since 2010 and I have been teaching photographers around the world how to do what I do since 2012. It’s so rewarding to help my clients feel like their best selves, and help other photographers build a thriving career doing the same.
My work is heavily influenced by luxury fashion and companies like Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany’s, and Dior. That’s why my photography doesn’t look like traditional boudoir. I photograph you the same way I would do a shoot to market Chanel perfume.
